At the heart of my mission lies a deep appreciation for the evocative power of lofi and vaporwave music, two genres that serve as sonic time capsules, transporting listeners back to the cherished sounds and atmospheres of the past. I am passionate about exploring the symbiotic relationship between this unique musical landscape and the iconic technologies of the 90s and early 2000s, such as Nokia cellphones, rotary phones, old nintendo consoles, VHS tapes, iPods, and CDs. All of these technologies that I grew up with in the early 00s. Through my work, I aim to celebrate the nostalgia inherent in these obsolete technologies, recognizing them not only as relics of a bygone era but also as catalysts for creative inspiration. By intertwining the soothing melodies and lo-fi aesthetics of our music with the tangible textures and memories of these once-ubiquitous devices, I seek to forge a profound connection between past and present, inviting listeners to embark on a nostalgic journey through time and sound. My mission is to curate a space where enthusiasts of lofi and vaporwave music, can come together to reminisce, discover, and appreciate the timeless allure of analog experiences in a digital age. I believe that by honoring the past, I can find inspiration for the future, cultivating a community united by a shared love for the intersection of music, nostalgia, and retro technology.
