Nostalgia is my biggest inspiration. Growing up as a '90s baby with a computer shaped my creative perspective, and that influence stays with me today. My early connection with now-obsolete technology—Game Boy, CD players, VHS tapes, and cassette tapes—plays a huge role in how I view design and creativity in the present. These devices weren’t just tools; they were experiences, each with a distinct aesthetic, sound, and interaction that shaped how I appreciate visuals, storytelling, and media. From early internet aesthetics to retro-futuristic visuals, I love blending the past with modern design trends to craft something truly unique.
Creativity drives me, and every project is an opportunity to innovate, inspire, and bring value to the community I design for. I’ve always seen graphic design as more than just visuals—it’s a way to communicate ideas, evoke emotions, and create meaningful connections. My passion now lies at the intersection of motion graphics, content creation, and music art, with a strong focus on television and cartoons.
I'm Paris N'cholle Spalding, a graphic designer, social media specialist, and freelance model with a passion for visual storytelling. I graduated from Ritenour High School in Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, in 2011. In 2016, I earned an AFA degree in Graphic Communications from STLCC at Meramec. Most recently, in May 2024, I was honored to receive my Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Webster University.
My background in content marketing and design has helped me develop a strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement. Over time, I’ve grown more confident in taking creative risks, staying ahead of trends, and ensuring my work resonates with the right audience. I thrive on collaboration—brainstorming new ideas, refining concepts, and bringing them to life through impactful visuals, whether it is social media content, marketing campaigns, or branding assets.

Behind the Camera to In Front of It: My Creative Evolution
At just 2 years old I started my modeling journey in New York when a scout spotted me and chased down my parents. That opportunity led to my first gig in a Hershey’s chocolate ad. Shortly after, my family moved to the Midwest when I was five years old. As I grew, my artistic side took over—I pursued drawing, which sparked my love for cartoons, eventually leading me into cosplay at a young age.
My passion for photography emerged in 2001 when I carried a disposable camera everywhere, capturing moments up until 2009. Watching anime and diving into cosplay fueled my interest in animation, which led me to explore Adobe Suite during my time at Ritenour High School. The last 3 years as a high school student I was immersed in the dark room; there was something special about processing the photographs by hand. I I took my SLR camera everywhere, documenting life through my lens before transitioning to a digital camera in 2014. Landscape photography became my creative escape, and I began sharing my work on Instagram.
In 2018, my interest in photography blossomed, and I spent the next two years running a small photography business called Paris N'cholle Photography. During that time, I also fell deeper in love with cosplay—attending events like the Walk to End Alzheimer's in full costume and consistently recreating characters ever since.
As I shared my own portraits alongside landscapes and on social media, my following steadily grew, reaching 10K by the end of 2018. That visibility sparked something new: I realized I wanted to be in front of the camera, not just behind it. By 2021, that passion had evolved into action, and I officially launched my freelance modeling career as Paris N'cholle.
Traditional castings didn’t open many doors, but I believed in my talent. I took matters into my own hands—organizing shoots, building my portfolio, and networking independently. The path wasn’t always smooth. There were setbacks and lessons, but I stayed the course. During this time, I launched a small freelance business called The Design Squad (2020–2023), creating custom designs like t-shirts, tumblers, and party favors for clients nationwide. Running the business deepened my passion for design and helped me realize my true focus: completing school and pursuing modeling. My love for storytelling through images, both as a photographer and now as a model, continues to drive everything I do.
Now, four years later, I’ve been internationally published over 100+ times. Modeling has become my ultimate form of creative expression, allowing me to bring imaginative concepts to life through visual storytelling.
